1st Corinthians Chapter 13
Even if I knew all the languages of the world and the languages of angels, without love it is only like a creaking of a rusty door.
Even if I knew how to prophesy, understood all the mysteries and mysteries, knew everything and knew everything, and had such a great faith that I could carry mountains – if I do not act in love, I am nothing.
And if I gave away everything I own and went to the brink of burnout, but I wouldn’t do it out of love, it would be useless.
Love is patient, kind, does not envy, boasts, nor exalts itself; She’s not rude, she doesn’t seek her benefit (and she doesn’t stand her own), she’s not hot-tempered, (irritated, she’s not easy to provoke), doesn’t count wrongs (and isn’t offensive).
She is not mischievous, but she always rejoices in the truth.
She can handle everything, and her faith, hope and perseverance are inexhaustible.
Love never fails, (it won’t fail or end).
The prophecies will be silent, the languages will be communicated, the knowledge will dissolve. – for all our knowledge is incomplete and our prophecies are limited; When their place is taken by completeness and perfection, everything incomplete and limited will be overcome.
As long as I was small,
I spoke like a child,
I thought like a child,
I had childhood views;
However, when I grew up, I said goodbye to the childish things.
In this life we see as if through a cloudy window, but later we will stand face to God.
Now we understand incompletely, but then we will understand everything clearly and completely, as God already knows us.
Now we are left with faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
