‘That’s my family. - Anyone who listens to my heavenly Father is my brother, sister and mother!’ In the Romans 8: 15 – 17 it is written: God gave us the status of his own children, who may turn to him as a loving father and to whom all that belongs to him belong. Comment: What does Jesus mean by us to listen to him? We will find the answer in Matthew 22:37 and 39 – Love God … and love your neighbor as yourself. In fact, whatever Jesus wants us to do is for our good! If we put God first, everything else will be added to us. When we love God, we will have more inner peace, love and fulfillment in our lives. When we love our neighbors, we will not only be happy to make Jesus happy, but we will have good relations with people. If we take care of ourselves, we will be healthier and feel better.
