The next Christmas is almost here, and if you’re one of the most people, you’re probably so busy with everything that goes with Christmas, that you haven’t found time to stop and think ‘why Christmas anyway?’. The following quotes and a poem can help you with this. – Ronan Keane
The essence of Christmas is selfless giving. It includes finding time for loved ones, withdrawing from insignificant things, and emphasizing true values. – Thomas Monson
The world is full of the sounds of Christmas. When you listen, you will hear carols, bells, laughter and sobs of loneliness here and there. If you listen internally, you will hear the sound of angel wings, the silence of inner expectation, and the sacred sound of the deepest silence, the living whisper of the eternal Word.
The world is filled with Christmas decorations. Outside, you will see brightly decorated trees, glittering stars, flickering candles and mangers. If you look inside, you will see the star of Bethlehem in your own heart. – Anna May Nielson

There is something better than a traditional Christmas Day celebration,
And that’s celebrating Christmas in your heart all year round.
You are willing to forget what you did for other people and
Remember what others have done for you?
ignore what the world owes you,
And think about what you can offer the world?
Buckle down and take into account the needs and desires of young children?
Remember the weakness and loneliness of people who age?
stop asking how much my friends like me,
And asking myself if I like them enough?
Bury evil and depressing thoughts.
And bring kind feelings to life?
You are willing to believe that love is the most powerful thing in the world
– stronger than hate, stronger than death—
And that the blessed life that began many years ago in Bethlehem,
Is it the image and light of eternal love?
Then you have Christmas in your heart!

It is possible to shed light on the Christmas holidays when we take into account the needs of others and share special moments together. Our actions do not have to be expensive or extravagant. We can call a lonely friend, send a text message to someone who is burdened or visit an elderly person and listen patiently.
We can start in our own home and family, in our neighborhood, in the workplace and in our surroundings.
One little kind deed is more valuable than a bucket of good intentions.

Why is the original Christmas story a source of hope for so many people around the world today? … the first Christmas was the announcement of good news for everyone! It was a hope for both the shepherds and the sages. It was the hope that God had not forgotten the world he had created. If the name Jesus really means savior; Then, thanks to that first Christmas time, we can be saved from hopelessness even today! unabled Grace Foundation
Hope is the ability to see light despite all the darkness. – Desmond Tutu
