1. The basic provisions

1.1. 2. Sources and categories of processed personal data

2.1. Administrator processes personal data that you have provided, or the personal data obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of Your order:

  • Name and last name, billing and delivery address,

  • Payment details and order history,
  • IP address, cookies, and technical data about the behavior on the web.

3. Legitimate reason and purpose of the processing of personal data

3.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data is:

  • Performance of a contract between You and the controller according to the article. 6 para. 1. b) GDPR (processing and delivery orders),
  • Compliance with the legal obligations of the controller under art. 6 para. 1. c) GDPR (accounting and tax obligations),
  • the Legitimate interest of the administrator according to the article. 6 para. 1. f) GDPR (direct marketing to existing customers – sending commercial communication),
  • Your consent to the processing for the purposes of marketing (login to our newsletter without buying, marketing cookies) according to the article. 6 para. 1. a) GDPR.

4. Duration of data retention

4.1. The controller stores personal data for the time necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (a maximum of 3 years from the termination of the relationship) and the time period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax documents for a period of 10 years).
